Program Funding Requests

To request funding for your program, advisors or representatives should download, fill out, and submit the request to the Activities Director. All requests must be reviewed by the executive board and approved by the entire booster board prior to the release of funds. Remember no money will be reimbursed unless the approval form has been submitted and approved prior to the purchase.
